Holland & Knight Adds Partner Elizabeth Crouse in Energy, Tax

Elizabeth Crouse joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its energy and tax practices in Portland, the firm announced Tuesday.

Crouse represents strategic and corporate investors, developers, and operators in the renewable energy industry on federal income tax matters, including tax credits, the firm said.

She advises clients on investment tax credits and production tax credits for renewable electricity, renewable natural gas, hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuels, and other clean fuels as well as the Section 45Q tax credit for carbon capture and sequestration and other tax credits made available by the Inflation Reduction Act.
