Husch Blackwell Recruits Kal Dargan as Partner in Tax Practice

Kal Dargan joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its national tax practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Dargan represents clients on federal tax matters, including advising on US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership tax matters, structuring issues arising from debt and equity investments, bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, and internal tax planning and restructurings, the firm said.
