The first winner of “Survivor” owes nearly $3.3 million plus interest for federal income tax liabilities for 2000, 2001, and 2012, a federal court said in a final judgment order Tuesday.
There are no outstanding issues left to litigate from count one of the government’s complaint from September 2022, which sought to reduce Richard Hatch Jr.'s income tax liabilities to judgment, Chief Judge John J. McConnell Jr. said for the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
