The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) published a departmental notice announcing the gasoline use tax rate for June 2026. The notice states that based on the statewide average gasoline retail price of $3.783 per gallon for the period April 16 to May 15, the gasoline use tax rate for the period June 1 to June 30 is calculated to be twenty-six and five-tenths cents ($0.265) per gallon.
