Indonesia adds Ebay, NordVPN to List of Digital VAT Collectors

Indonesia appoints two more companies to collect value-added tax on digital sales, Finance Ministry’s tax office said in a Friday statement.

• Govt adds eBay Marketplace GmbH and Nordvpn S.A. to the list that now has 53 companies as digital VAT collectors
• Companies to collect 10% VAT on digital goods and services sold to residents starting Feb. 1
