Ireland Recorded €12.8B Exchequer Surplus on Apple Tax Ruling

Ireland recorded an exchequer surplus of €12.8 billion ($13.3 billion) in 2024, an improvement of €11.6 billion on the previous year largely thanks the transfer of receipts arising from the European Union’s Apple Inc tax ruling, the Department of Finance said.
