IRS ‘Can’t Force’ Firms to Stop Payroll Tax Collection: Mnuchin

Internal Revenue Service “can’t force” employers to stop withholding payroll taxes from their employees’ paychecks, despite an executive directive from President Trump delaying the due date for the levies, Treasury Sec. Steven Mnuchin says on Fox Business Network.
