Lawmakers Give IRS Scrutiny on Filing Day
IRS Chief Frank Bisignano maintained to lawmakers on Capitol Hill Wednesday that the agency was staying tough on audits of wealthy taxpayers, even with a workforce that has dropped by a quarter since President Donald Trump took office for the second time.
