IRS Corrects Omitted Components in Domestic Content Guidance

The IRS and Treasury Department issued a correction to recent domestic content guidance issued earlier this month after it inadvertently omitted applicable components from a table detailing information for navigating a new safe harbor.

The correction added applicable project components including “Steel Photovoltaic Module Racking,” “Pile or Ground Screw,” and “Steel or Iron Rebar in Foundation,” to the Solar PV table on page 16 of the guidance. It also added the word “total” to the bottom of the table.
