Authority to sign determine letters relating to income, estate and gift, excise, and employment taxes delegated to Technical Services Exam Group Managers, Program Managers for Estate & Gift Tax Policy, Excise Tax Policy and Fuel Tax Policy, and Employment Tax Policy, the IRS released April 19.
