Draft Form 2106, Employee Business Expenses, released October 15 to reflect changes to who may deduct employee business expenses after the 2017 tax act, Pub. L. No. 115-97. While the draft form is not significantly changed, the IRS noted that the form is only used by Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, fee-basis state or local government officials, and employees with impairment-related work expenses.
