IRS Form: Draft Form for Reporting Third-Party Sick Pay (IRC §3121)

Draft Form 8922, Third-Party Sick Pay Recap, released May 13. The form is to be filed by the third-party payer, and the employer if applicable, to report sick pay paid by the third party.
