The bulletin includes: 1) Notice 2025-36, eliminating unnecessary IRS internal revenue bulletin guidance; and 2) Notice 2025-37, providing the inflation adjustment factors and applicable amounts, as appropriate, for calendar year 2025 for the zero-emission nuclear power production credit under § 45U of the Internal Revenue Code.
