The IRS issued a list of corrections to a notice of proposed rulemaking on hydrogen production credits and the energy tax credit, amending language throughout the document.
The Friday notice [REG-117631-23] includes nearly 90 tweaks to the proposed rules, including amending language to more accurately reflect the intention of the notice as well as fixes to grammar, style, and footnotes.
