The IRS has issued revenue ruling providing the terminal charge and Standard Industry Fare Level (SIFL) mileage rates for valuing noncommercial flights on employer-provided aircraft under I.R.C. §61 and Treas. Reg. §1.61-21(g). For flights taken Jan. 1 through June 30, 2026, the terminal charge is $54.48, and the SIFL mileage rates are: 1) $0.2980 per mile for flights up to 500 miles; 2) $0.2272 per mile for flights between 501 and 1,500 miles; and 3) $0.2184 per mile for flights over 1,500 miles.
