IRS News Release: VITA, TCE Grant Application Deadline Extended to June 17 (IRC §7803)

Partner organizations and volunteers for the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) grant programs supporting free services for underserved populations may apply through June 17, 2022, the IRS announced, providing hyperlinks to grants.gov and to the TCE and VITA sites on irs.gov. Some organizations will be able to apply for annual funding for up to three years, the IRS said.
