IRS Notice: Elective Payment of Applicable Credits,Transfer of Certain Credits Public Comments Submitted (IRC §6417)

Public comments released Oct. 13 on Notice 2022-50 where the IRS requested comments on the elective payment provisions under I.R.C. §6417 and the elective credit transfer provisions under §6418 as enacted by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, Pub.
