FinCEN: Understanding Beneficial Ownership Information, How to Report Under Corporate Transparency Act Webinar

FinCEN and the U.S. SBA will host a virtual information session on beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements on Wednesday, July 24 at 2 p.m. ET, FinCEN announced. The Corporate Transparency Act requires many companies doing business in the United States to report information to the U.S. Government about who ultimately owns and controls them.
