Italy Tax Agency Moves Deadline for Tax Returns on Coronavirus

Italy’s Tax Agency moved the deadline for submitting the tax returns to Sept. 30 from July 23, citing the decree passed by the government on extraordinary measures planned to help businesses cope with crisis caused by coronavirus outbreak in the country, according to emailed statement from the agency.

• The deadline extension applies to about 20.5 million salary workers in Italy, Ansa news service reported separately
