Florida-based J. David Tax Law LLC will no longer face a lawsuit from a group of former Wisconsin clients who’d alleged bad advice had led to extended confrontations with the IRS.
The stipulation of dismissal with prejudice, filed Jan. 3 in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, includes few details on the outcome of the proposed class case, and counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
