Jackson Walker Adds Sarah Pai as Senior Tax Counsel in Austin

Sarah Pai joined Jackson Walker as senior counsel in its tax practice group in Austin, the firm announced Monday.

Pai advises clients on state and local tax issues, including enforcement, compliance, and litigation. She represents corporate taxpayers in tax court litigation and during IRS administrative proceedings, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing witnesses for interviews and hearings, the firm said.
