The Jersey Government Nov. 14 announced a proposal to increase, to 13.59 Jersey pounds (US$17.90) from 13 pounds (US$17.12), the 2026 hourly minimum wage rate, from April 1, 2026. The announcement also includes that the hourly minimum wage rate of 10.50 pounds (US$14.15) for first-year employees under an apprenticeship or trainee regime will be maintained in 2026.
