Jones Day Recruits IRS’s Mackenzie McNaughton as Of Counsel

Mackenzie McNaughton joined Jones Day as of counsel in its health-care and life sciences practice in Minneapolis, the firm announced Tuesday.

McNaughton advises and represents health-care entities and tax-exempt organizations, the firm said.

She joins from the Internal Revenue Service, where she was senior technical adviser for exempt organizations.
