A federal judge appointed the law firms who will man the front-line in a host of copyright lawsuits against OpenAI Inc. recently merged for pre-trial proceedings.
Lead and co-lead counsel include: Susman Godfrey LLP’s Ian Crosby and Davida Brook; Rothwell Figg Ernst & Manbeck’s Steven Lieberman and Jennifer Maisel; Loevy & Loevy’s Matthew Topic; and Klaris Law’s Lance Koonce, according to the case management order filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
