Alito Says Draft Abortion Decision Leaked to Stop Ruling (1)

US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said he has a “pretty good idea” of who is responsible for leaking the draft opinion last term of the court’s majority decision overturning the constitutional right to abortion and denied being the culprit.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal editorial features editor posted Friday, Alito called the theory that the draft was leaked by a conservative to lock in a five-justice majority “infuriating.”
