Marcellin Mbwa-Mboma joined K&L Gates in its tax practice in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Mbwa-Mboma advises multinational corporations in US taxation of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Ernst & Young.
