Kavanaugh ‘Hopeful’ Supreme Court Will Act Soon on Ethics (2)

Justice Brett Kavanaugh said Thursday he’s “hopeful that there’ll be some concrete steps taken soon” regarding how the US Supreme Court self-polices ethics.

Kavanaugh, speaking to an audience in Cleveland, noted remarks Chief Justice John Roberts made in May that the court was working on those issues.
