Craig Phillips has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the corporate practice group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Phillips deals with joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and debt workouts, working with private funds and corporations, according to King & Spalding.
He has experience with tax-equity financing for wind and solar projects as well as the investments, fund structures, and carry plans of private equity and infrastructure firms, King & Spalding said.
He joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
