KPMG will further its investments in generative artificial intelligence to advance client solutions and empower its workforce, the Big Four firm announced Thursday.
“As our industry is experiencing a watershed moment, we are accelerating AI-powered solutions across our firm,” Will Williams, KPMG US vice chair of operations, said in a media release.
Client service delivery models will have built-in, generative AI and machine learning capabilities with enhanced analytics in the coming months, the firm said, adding it all will be on KPMG’s secure cloud environment.
