Lawson Lundell Recruits Tax Partner Max Walker to Kelowna, BC

Max Walker has joined Lawson Lundell as a tax partner in the Kelowna, British Columbia office, the law firm said Friday.

Walker advises on income and sales taxation matters related to private equity funds and other transactions, Lawson Lundell said.

He has experience in tax compliance issues, pension fund investment taxation and structuring, personal tax and estate planning, and British Columbia property transfer tax and sales tax issues, the firm said.
