Legislation: Taxpayer First Act Enrolled Version as Signed Into Law (IRC §7803)

The president, July 1, signed into law H.R. 3151, Taxpayer First Act. The act primarily modifies the IRS’s appeals process and establishes an independent Office of Appeals to resolve taxpayer disputes.
