Liechtenstein Gazettes Regulation Announcing Approval of AEOI With Armenia

The Liechtenstein Official Gazette Dec. 23 published Regulation No. 0.351.829.099, announcing the approval by the Parliament (Landtag) of the notification for the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) with Armenia, in accordance with the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on AEOI under the common reporting standard (CRS). The regulation also provides that the first exchange will take place in 2027 for 2026 information. The regulation enters into force Dec. 24. [Liechtenstein, Official Gazette, 12/23/25]
