Lindsay & Brownell CPAs & Advisors plans to join EisnerAmper in a transaction expected to close in December of 2022, according to a Thursday news release.
Lindsay & Brownell is a La Jolla, Calif.-based accounting and advisory firm with 12 partners and 74 professionals, according to the EisnerAmper press release.
