The Lithuanian Official Gazette Feb. 10 published Decree No. 1K-577, wherein the President seeks a decision of the Parliament (Seimas) to ratify the DTA with Pakistan, signed Sept. 23, 2025. The decree entered into force the same date. [Lithuania, Government Legal Database, 02/10/26]
