Louisiana DOR Proposes Repealing Certain Obsolete Tax Regulations

The Louisiana Department of Revenue (DOR) has proposed repealing obsolete tax regulations. The proposed repeals remove outdated provisions related to deductions and credits from regulations on corporate income tax, individual income tax, miscellaneous tax exemptions, and tax collection.
