A lawsuit accusing multilevel-marketing company LuLaRoe LLC of improperly charging sales tax on clothing purchases and seeking $36 million in damages was settled.
The Thursday notice filed in the US District Court for the District of Alaska announced plaintiff Katie Van and LuLaRoe reached an agreement in principle, are finalizing settlement documents, and will file a dismissal within 60 days.
