Corenia Riley Burlingame and John Dalton have joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, as partners, bringing experience in highly complex tax incentive transactions, the firm said Thursday.
Burlingame focuses on financing structure matters, including new construction and preservation deals financed through low-income housing tax credits, Manatt said.
Dalton focuses on energy credit, New Markets Tax Credits, and low-income housing tax credit transactions as well as Opportunity Zone investments, according to the firm.
Both will join Manatt’s Impact Investing and Community Development practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said.
