Maryland Governor Signs Law Creating Individual Income Tax Credit for Hunting, Harvesting Antlerless Deer

The Maryland Governor signed a law creating an income tax credit for individuals who hunt and harvest antlerless deer and donate the processed venison meat to certain 501(c)(3) organizations. The law allows a credit of up to $75 for butchering and processing expenses, with a maximum annual credit of $300 per individual.
