McAfee Faces U.S. Extradition Over Taxes, Spanish Court Rules

Cybersecurity software pioneer John McAfee can be extradited to the U.S. on tax evasion charges, the Spanish High Court ruled.

McAfee wasarrested and his been in jail in Spain since Oct. 6 when he was accused of tax evasion and failure to disclose income charges at Barcelona airport. He faces charges that he hid significant assets on his tax returns for a number of years, which included real estate and a yacht.
