McDermott Brings On Private Client Partners in New York, Miami

Anita Rosenbloom and Jay Scharf have joined McDermott Will & Emery as partners with the private client practice group in New York and Miami, the firm said Thursday.

Rosenbloom, who is based in New York, represents multigenerational privately held businesses and focuses on structuring and implementing estate and business plans, negotiating business transactions, managing investments, and reaching consensus and conflict resolution in disputes, according to the firm.

Miami-based Scharf works on developing personal and estate planning strategies as well as trust and estate administration, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, McDermott said.
