The Mexican Official Gazette Feb. 27 published Agreement No. 29/2026, setting tax incentives for companies engaging in the production and sale of gasoline products within an area up to 45 kilometers from the U.S. border. The incentives reduce tax rates and establish maximum prices for gasoline. The rates are valid from Feb. 28 to March 6. The agreement enters into force Feb. 28. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 02/27/26]
