The Mexican Official Gazette April 30 published Agreement Nos. 63/2026 and 64/2026, setting tax incentives for: 1) companies engaging in the production and sale of gasoline products within an area up to 45 kilometers from the U.S. border; and 2) the production and sale of gasoline products in the border region with Guatemala. The rates are valid from May 2 to May 8. The agreements enter into force May 1. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 04/30/26]
