Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP has promoted Gemma Nibungco and Mandy Li to partner in the tax practice, the accounting firm said Wednesday.
Nibungco leads the firm’s India tax practice and has experience in M&A transactions, structuring deals, and providing consulting services, said MGO.
Mandy, leader of the transfer pricing tax practice, focuses on guiding companies through complex engagements, said the firm.
