Miller Thomson Adds David Jutzi, Lee Sauer as Associate Counsel

David Jutzi and Lee Sauer joined Miller Thomson as associate counsel in its corporate mergers and acquisitions and private client services practices in the Waterloo Region, the firm announced Friday.

Jutzi focuses on real estate, governance, and complex financial transactions, the firm said. He provides legal counsel across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and health care. Furthermore, he advises clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
