Missouri DOR Proposes Amending Disclosure of Tax Information, Returns Rule

The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to a rule regarding disclosure of tax information, returns, and reports to the state and federal prosecuting officials. This proposal updates the rule to include the civil investigations that can request tax information. Comments on the proposed rule are due by Oct. 31. [Mo.
