The Montana Governor and Director of the Department of Revenue (DOR) announced an extension to March 20 of the deadline for property owners to apply for the Homestead and Long-Term Rental Reduced Property Tax Rates. The extension was a direct response to intermittent technical issues with the DOR’s online application portal caused by a high volume of last-minute filings. [Mont.
