The Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR) published updated local sales and use tax rates for two localities. Effective April 1, the village of Elm Creek and the city of Wilber will increase their local sales and use tax rate to 1.5 percent from 1.0 percent. The state sales and use tax is 5.5 percent. [Neb.
