The New Hampshire Department of Revenue (DOR) issued a Technical Information Release announcing that the tax amnesty program for all state taxes will be effective from Dec. 1, 2025, through Feb. 15, 2026. The program is offers taxpayers and opportunity to receive amnesty from all penalties and one-half interest on outstanding taxes by paying the tax due and one-half of the applicable per annum interest.
