Novogradac Promotes Abbott, Chubb Lurya, Sabine to Partner

Joe Abbott, Justin Chubb Lurya, Don Sabine were promoted to partner at Novogradac, the company announced Thursday.

Abbott, who is based in the San Francisco office, specializes in real estate taxation, general tax consulting, and tax-saving techniques for high-net-worth individuals, the company said. His clients include real estate developers, investment partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

Chubb Lurya focuses his practice on community development and affordable housing, including the low-income housing tax credit, new markets tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit, renewable energy tax credits, and opportunity zones industries, the company said. He is based in Long Beach, Calif.
