OECD Aims to Finalize New Intragroup Services Guidance by 2027

The OECD aims to finalize an amendment to its transfer pricing guidelines by 2027, a top official for the organization said Monday.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development asked June 1 for comments by July 22 on proposed updates to Chapter 7 of its transfer pricing guidelines, a part of the rules that details the treatment of intragroup services.
